HAN-TEK OSHA safety inspections keep your system in full compliance
Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards Association requirements can be confusing, time-consuming and intimidating—but every manufacturing facility in the United States must comply or risk citations, charges or even shutdown. The good news is that compliance will keep your system and your people safer, a top priority for every strong and growing business.
HAN-TEK can alleviate the worry of OSHA compliance by performing regular inspections at your site. Our experienced, factory-trained technicians thoroughly check your equipment, using our comprehensive checklist, to ensure your equipment is in proper working order, in good repair, and in compliance with OSHA regulations. During frequent (i.e., monthly) or periodic (i.e., quarterly, semi-annually, or annually) inspections, we make necessary adjustments and performs minor repairs, where possible, to save you time and money in the long run.
Immediately following the inspection, you will be notified of any safety concerns or repairs that are needed that could not be addressed during the inspection. Shortly after the inspection, you receive a report on each piece of equipment, detailing the inspectors’ findings and restating any concerns and/or repairs that should be addressed. If there are repair parts or service recommendations outside the scope of the inspection, HAN-TEK will prepare a quotation for you, to help you understand the labor and costs involved.
A summary document helps you quickly identify the equipment that was inspected, any actions to be taken, and any other information you specify. A copy of the inspection package is retained at HAN-TEK for your safekeeping, making it available to our technicians so that they can answer any questions you may have.
HAN-TEK also provides a complete preventative maintenance program for all your material handling equipment. This, combined with our inspection service, assures that your handling equipment will continue to perform at peak capacity for the long term.
