JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Education / Training:

 

·         Minimum 2-years experience in service related field or technical degree with minimum of 2-years field experience.

·         Within 6 months of hire complete:

      -Crane training

      -OSHA training

      -Shadow an experienced service technician(s) for a minimum of 20 hours

·         Applicable Han-Tek procedures defined by H-T-15.1.

 

Skills:

 

·         Must have strong mechanical and electrical background through hands on experience.

·         Must be able to read and understand mechanical and electrical assembly drawings.

·         Must be able to correspond and interact with customers both internal and external in a professional manner.

·         Must be able to perform with minimal supervision.

·         Must have a clean driving record.

·         Experience with rigging, crane, conveyor, or automation installations preferred.

 

Duties:

 

·         Repair equipment on-site as scheduled work or as emergencies.

·         Service equipment sent in for repair.

·         Maintain service project budgets and schedules.

·         Generate repair costs.

 

General:

 

·         Reports directly to the Manager, Production and Field Service
