JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Education/Training Requirements:

 

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         Five to seven years of management experience with strong systems experience and problem solving abilities.

·         Mechanical or industrial engineer degree preferred.

 

Skills:

 

·         Must be able to correspond and interact with managers, customers, vendors, and all visitors in a professional manner.

·         Possess strong communication and organizational skills.

·         Detail oriented.

·         Able to work with all Micro-Soft program software

 

Duties:

 

·         Prepare proposals for potential projects.

·         Generate budgets for potential projects.

·         Create order entries of projects through the “project workbook”

·         Responsible for creating and updating all project schedules

·         In charge of making sure all documents in “project workbook” are completed. (ISO)

·         Act as main point of contact with customer on projects.

·         Work with electrical and mechanical designers on project engineering.

·         Coordinate with shop foreman for build of equipment in shop.

·         Coordinate with Service foreman for install of equipment in field.

·         Responsible for getting the customer all the final documentation for job completion.

 

 

General:

 

·         Reports directly to the Vice President.
