JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Education / Training:

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         Three to five years of electrical controls engineering experience with strong systems experience and problem solving abilities.

 

Skills:

 

·         Must be able to correspond and interact with managers, customers, vendors, and all visitors in a professional manner.

·         Proficient with AutoCad to generate electrical drawings.

·         Proficient with various PLC and HMI software packages.

 

 

Duties:

 

·         Generate electrical drawings for projects.

·         Create electrical components list for all projects.

·         Order electrical components for each project.

·         Work with outside suppliers on all equipment purchases.

·         Work with project managers.

·         Coordinate with shop foreman for build of equipment in shop.

·         Coordinate with Service foreman for install of equipment in field.

·         Responsible for getting the customer all final electrical documentation.

     

    General:

     

    ·         Reports directly to the Manager of Electrical Controls.
