JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Education/Training Requirements:

 

·         AAS in Business Administration or High School with 3+ years experience.

·         Microsoft Office, Outlook, Vista, some PowerPoint, Publisher experience.

 

Skills:

 

·         Must be able to correspond and interact with managers, customers, vendors, and all visitors in a professional manner.

·         Possess strong communication and organizational skills.

·         Detail oriented with ability to multi-task.

·         Maintain confidentiality.

·         Computer experience.

·         Operate multi-line phone.

·         NYS Notary Public.

 

Duties:

 

·         Assist President, Managers, Sales/Marketing,

·         Maintain customer database.

·         Make travel arrangements.

·         Order and check in office supplies, Marketing brochures, Han-Tek clothing.

·         Administer phone set-ups.

·         Administer alarm system and notify Doyle Security and Sheriff’s Dept. as needed.

·         Monitor cell phone usage, order replacement parts and/or new equipment.

·         Update “on hold” voice messaging.

·         Front desk responsibilities.

·         Mail responsibilities.

·         Contact for vending machines and housekeeping staff.

 

General:

 

·         Reports directly to the President and/or Controller.
